Gazbarber1982 3 Posted July 10, 2010 Report Share Posted July 10, 2010 I pulled the grill off mine, grabbed the black cable with a set of long nose pliers and pulled it towards the passenger side of the car when my cable joint came undone thats attached to the drivers side inner arch. Damage free but I just can't release the bonnet, I don't really know what I'm doin, can really see much. I've had a screwdriver in there but nothin has happenedHas anyone got a pic of the mechanism? Ian_rogers 0 Posted August 11, 2010 Author Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 We have success!!!Turns out u can undo the two bolts that hold the mechanism to to car and then lift the bonnet complete with the mechanism..... Bit of fiddelin to get the mech unhooked but all is well again :-) Link to post Share on other sites
