Thats quite a bit of width.lol

No buddy doesnt have to be 10's its just a quick thought....only been trawling the net etc looking for rims, not settled on anything yet. Comes down to budget was looking at new but been scouring different wheels 2nd hand to save the money you know. Saw that aforementioned set of ATEV's pretty cheap. Been feeling the want for some porsche d90's but they sizes i would want are almost going for money you would spend on new rims.

Considering various styles etc, been looking at various bemmer and merc ones to go bit different maybe

BMW adaptors are expensive. Ive seen a fets of wheels I wanted but the price of adaptors put me off.

Best to find wheels with a high ET then you can use spacers/adaptors to get the look your looking for.

The twists ive got for sale are ET60 which gives loads of options.

Oh right are they that expensive? maybe i should just go new.lol i been looking at all sorts. im wanting something with a bit of a dish.

Im looking 16" as i find 15 too small unless they are wide/deep enough,....may change my mind on 15's if i saw it stanced right over them. mind 16's are that size that are a bit of a pain tyre wisw.

hmmmm like i said headaches.lol im thinking 17's to big....but 16's are that size where generally tyres are more expensive than 17's and 1' and sometimes bit harder to get the width wheel u want....suppose thats where spacers come in.

Iv even considered like 14 or 15" weller style one's like a stock car....think i can find any for sale.lol

17s dont look too big in a mk3s arches, but its down to personal taste.

I think 15s look too small. So im either going to 16s or 17s.

17s have cheaper tyres, I paid a fortune for yokos with I had 16" BBS wheels.

I ran adaptors for over a year with no problems. I just checked them every now and then to see if the neede tightening back up. A few of my mates use lock tight with their adaptors.

For BMW adaptors your looking at about £300+. Same wtith Jap spec adaptors. Unles you get them custom made.

No way!! really, well i know a man who can....as in fab some if needed i suppose,....he'd prob make them for me to prove he could do them and to brag how good they are if i gave him enough ribbing saying he probably couldnt do them (you know...."i was going to ask you to fabricate some adaptors for me,...but actually its ok you probably couldnt do them, dont worry'.....lol")

I just been looking at weller wheels,...stock car type they are as good as all 4 stud though....god i am so torn on what i want.lol
