I have been trying to tell, looks like they may be plasic coated metal?Reason I ask is that mine was running on fumes when I bought it. It was lumpy and took about 3 full tanks with cleaner before it wa clear. Just wondered if it was worth doing the magnet trick. I have a big old CB aerial magnet that I could place under the tank (on the outside, it's very strong magnet) as far away from the pick up line to collect any metalic debris. What do you think?
