Finally getting it done today!

after being in saudi for the last 4 months the other half has really let the vr go, its been washed once and the inside looks like a bombs gone off. so getting the whole thing cleared out, outside washed by HAND (instead of just throwing it in a brush washer like she did!!!!:@) clay barred and waxed, and the wheels are getting some tlc because they are mingin!

will put some pics up later on.^o)

it would be if i could get round to it!haha

spent all day running round getting oil, filters, plugs, leads, thermostat, gearbox oil, just waiting on a rocker gasket to be deliered to the motor factors, some more microfibers and after all that ive forgotten to pick up another 2 buckets!!!!

but im borrowing my mates garage tonight so i can get it claybared in there if i need to.

lol, it was after an argument because i was looking at sensible family cars like vectras, mondeos, V70's and stuff like that, but they were T5's and Gsi's and st220's.. she said "what do you need a 2.5 for? youve got a family to think about now, get something sensible for once! look how much you liked your old golf's, get another one of them, get a nice diesel one!"

i listened as far as getting a golf.........hahah

and after all that, never got to clay bar the car, so doing it next week, got everything else done apart from the lambda sensor, so hopefully will get it all sorted in the next few days! its never had any proper treatment so cant wait to see what mystic blue comes up like!
