Pete.sVR6 0
What should I do?Car has been lowered 30mm, but now I have started looking for alloys, I keep thinking this will not be enough, I either lower the car more and put up with standard BBS's or buy the wheels and have to put up with maybe a monster truck stance? As it is i'm happy with the ride and usability of the 30mm drop (i.e speed bumps etc)Anyone else had this dilemma, and what did you do? %-
binliner 0
it wouldnt look monster truck with 17" wheels (if thats your plan) and a 30mm drop... I'd get the wheels then save up for coilovers

badboyV6 4
17's - you know you wanna!
MrBen 0
Buy decent suspension first - who cares what it looks like if it drives like a pile of shite?! Mine may look utterly gay with the Beetle wheels, but it handles beautifully, so that makes me forget about all the people laughing at the wheels!
Pete.sVR6 0
Agreed, currently have Koni/Eibach suspension, so the ride is firm but predictable.
