Scott 0
anyone know what the lowest drop in mm that will not affect the camber when cornering?I am gonna fit jom coilys next month and read about the lower arm swing angle causing positive camber under cornering forces when excessively lowered...?Mine has 17s on and looks like its on stilts LOL. Decoded the options codes this morning, and the wheel size was listed as 6J x 14 offset 43, but the tyres listed as 225/45 R17...wtf??I have 205/40/R17's on at the mo. Are these wrong? The Monk 50
I had JOM coilovers on my old 3 door VR.They are very hard and unforgiving, but you stay planted to the floor. I would recommend them to people not wishing to do more than 10mph over bumps. The coilovers will come unsprung and need assembly. That way when you put them on, you can see what angle the wheels sit. I never experienced positive camber with my coilys...but that's because they were sat at around 60/
Scott 0
cheers lads. Its a shame I have the audi sitting waiting to get broken for spares, its a B6 1.8T 163 sport, and the red suspension is low and stiff as standard, I dont think theyd fit but would be cool if they did. Saying that, wouldnt be able to move the shell without blocks in the spaces lolAnyone needing any A4 Sport parts? 52 plate B6 wi bent valves due to sludging issues. Would swap audi bits for golf bits....or cash lol. Gonna break it on ebay soon.
