craigster 0
Just got in the car and hit the clutch to a loud thump/twang and the clutch pedal went straight to the floor and stayed there. I can pull it back up, it will stay in either position. Found piece of white plastic in the foot well - cannot for the life of me find the clutch cable in the engine bay (used to mk2's!). Its hydralic on this isn't it?Pics of the plastic to follow - doesn't LOOK broke to me, can I just assemble this back together? I can see the end of the clutch cable inside the car, looks more like a rod - how do I depress the clutch from within the engine bay to get this back together? Anyone done this job??? - I have LOADS to do today so I need to get it done fast!!
