CALICO 130
all depends what model you are putting it in fuel tank if not fuel injection as its intank steering lock and decoder thingy and ecu as its all recognised by the ecu engine wiring loom suspension and brakes speedo unit subframes
golfrabbit33 0
with the price of vr`s , maybe just get one off ebay, make 1 nice car and the rest sold, will cover near half your money back
cabrioman 6
if u wanna put a vr in a standard mk3 ull need swap everything over just to make it easy ... which wont be a prob if u got a complete vr donor car .... i gets difficult when u only have an engine and engine loom ... kie_dub 0
Mine is a vr6 t in a gti shell, dont bother, just get a vr and swap it all over, its more hassle than its worth when it comes to insurance and log books etc
vr6binks 0
my mate has just brought a mk3 gti and ive been looking at it and it seems pretty straight forward from what i can see and i will have my vr6 for all the parts i need ! but on the other hand it would be a hell of a lot easyer to just get another vr6 at a decent price but i live in cornwall and work abroad so it will just have to be a case of "right time right place" !
