Slight knock on start up, goes after a revolution or two (probably when the oil gets up to the top) and only really noticable on idle now and again, when revved to 3-3.5kUnder load, its always there, sounds like a knock/missfireI am therefore assuming its a dead lifter.Do the cams have to come out to change them??
