If I understand you correctly .....there are a few options for you.. The major brands of coilovers are the best for getting the ride hight you want.. this is a UK link so I hope it works..

How low do you want to go? There is always the option of air ride.. if you want to scrape the floor

Also use the map facility. There are a few people on here from Mexico perhaps they are local. Some have modified their cars a lot..
