When I installed it onto my laptop (running Vista) and then hooked it up to the car all I can do is the OBDII check. It confirms that there is communication between the car and the laptop however; when I run any diagnostics I get a communication error and no result from the test. I've checked the com port settings and everythng there looks to be ok. Is there any issues with Vista or any thing else I may have missed? Thx in advance. Link to post Share on other sites

VR6 REBORN 0 Posted October 20, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 20, 2009 I've just checked it again and when the software has finnished trying to cominicate it brings up a warning window saying the software has stopped working and windows tries to find a solution but fails.
