I'm almost certain it had one hole for a lambda sensor and the other one was blanked off with a removeable threaded bolt. I didn't fit it myself (sparkz did) but it's been fine and is made of good quality stainless imo. I bought a gasket and a new clamp to connect it to the rest of the exhaust from GSF. The company 2fast2cool were helpful and delivery was quick but you must specify which length you need. From memory it was the 710mm one for a MK3 VR but measure your Cat first to be sure.Kevin
