Bora4mo 0 Posted June 14, 2009 Report Share Posted June 14, 2009 I'm having a really strange issue with my 2000 (W) Bora 4mo....Every so often, the power steering will stop functioning for a few seconds or a few minutes, only to come back on again if I carry on driving.I may be imagining this part, but it seems like it sometimes doesn't go as well as I expect it to (I do drive it quite hard) before the steering goes, and then when the steering comes back it has its full power back as well.The aircon continues to work, I imagine both the compressor and the power steering pump are on the same belt?The power steering fluid level seems fine.Anyone have any ideas what could cause this?!Thanks in advance!
