Antihero1981 8
ok , i replaced the hoses the other day with samco ones , then after that i had a leak , so i managed to strip out the crack pipe (alloy one) and replace the o-rings and replaced everything back again(without throwing my tools around)now , filled it up and i still have the leak and i have no idea where its coming from , it looks like its coming from the pulley end as its dropping off the power steering pump.......anything i should look for?driving me completely mad...might end up taking the whole front off to find it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thanks

Antihero1981 8
why would the water pump leak? is hoses connected? easy to change ect?
thegoth 5
the internal bearings / seals go.bit of a bugger as the engine needs to be raised a smidge to get enough clearance.
legvw 0
If you've ran the engine with no coolant in, it can damage the seals in the pump causing them to leak.
Antihero1981 8
never run it without coolant......will check it again today , cant be bothered with doing water pump as it looks like a mission to do , will send it in for that!
