Just posted off my rubbing stips today for my 5 door, so hopefully over the next couple of weeks i should be able to give and update on prices for anyone who's interersted, and maybe get some pictures posted as we go along...Now does anyone know who could flock my dash for me ??? Rustyman 0 Posted June 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 Just had the chap from VW turbo get me the prices for carbon strips ... there's issues with the flexibility of the plastic that mean it's a custom set that requires smoothing £300.00 or moulds made and them made from scartch and bonded to the body work...I haven't given it much though which to go for but he's open to a group buy for the rubbing strips which would bring costs down massivly ...
