nivag27 5 Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 Hi everyone its me again, I have replaced the clutch on my Corrado and when i got it back it judders when you get biting point on the clutch, so I replaced the fly wheel and another new clutch but the problem is still there. If I give it some revs at biting point it does not happen any ideas pleeeease. Link to post Share on other sites

legvw 0 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Share Posted May 5, 2009 I know its a long shot, but have you checked for play in your thrust washers on the crank? It may sound silly! Can you get a pry bar between the block and the pulley on the end of the crank, and see if theres any movement. Link to post Share on other sites
The Monk 50 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Share Posted May 5, 2009 Im thinking the same as Ben on this one, However, normal idling to pull yourself along shouldn't cause a juddering...anyone would try to put that down to worn clutch or grease.
