cabrioman 6 Posted April 6, 2009 Report Share Posted April 6, 2009 just got my self a cooling mist water/methonal injection kit and was just want to know where i the best place to fitt the injector nozzel is .... and wot the best boost setting for it to cut in at, its set at 10psi at the mo ..... it will be goin on my v9 set up running 12psi with NO intercooler ....cheers tony P.S yes its your old kit pete lol oh and wot was the blue hose for ??? lol Link to post Share on other sites
Antihero1981 8 Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 just after the charger , you want it as far as you can from the TB so it give it time to mix nicely with the air.I am in the progress of doing an install in mine....But i am having a custom charger pipe to TB pipe made up out of Stainless and the nozzel tapped into the pipeyou dont want it running all the time as you will be always filling it up,you should also install a bypass switch in the cabin so it can be turned off if needed quickly or if you dont need itwhat kit did you get? cabrioman 6 Posted April 7, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 ah cheers buddy i got the stage one kit plus tank ... rite now know where to put the injector nozzle ill pop a toggle switch in the main feed wire then some where on the dash also goin to fitt a led for low water or blockage and prob set it about 3 or 4 psi then as im only running 12 and have only hit 9 so far .... cheer bud oh and get a pic up of the custome pipe once you got it done cos im looking to do this aswell lol Link to post Share on other sites
