Jonnyboy82 0
So basically to connect the bmc which size do i need? 83mm then?
FishWick 21
83mm inside diameter for the BMC. see if you can get an 83 to 76mm reducer. If not, you'll just have to nip it up tighter on the MAF
Jonnyboy82 0
In between the maf and the air filter you have the air flow meter which is what my bmc will connect to so is that the 76mm end? I thought that it was 83mm aswell and i didnt need a reducer as i currently have a shitty bit of hose thats straight not a reducer that came on the ramair cone filter i had connected on the car when i bought it?Sorry if this is getting a bit confusing its just i want to make sure i order the correct one *-)
Gadget-Master 2
I found it a headache when I fitted mine. *-) Hose One (Reducer Hose):The ID of the end which connects to the throttle body needs to be 83mm. The end that connects to the MAF needs to have an ID of 76mm. Hose Two: (this could be a reducer as well; depends on CDM outlet hole's OD)The connector hose from the MAF to the CDM filter housing; the MAF end needs to have an ID of 76mm, the other ends ID will be the over all diameter (OD) of the out let hole on the CDM filter housing. Hope this helps. ^o)
Ben Seabrook 4
Also if you have a look in the premium members section - knowledge vault there is a fitting guide for the BMC as well
