TTPaul 0
Hi All, just looking into a donar car for a mk2 turbo conversion and want to know.. Which is bestWhat is best for the conversion OBD1 or OBD2 or does it not matter, (going into a pre '90 golf) also the 2.8/2.9 engine whats the difference between them, inc power figures etc..I am planning on a low pressure turbo about 10 psi 300ish hp so if one has a better head etc that would be the way to go i think.Anyone have any idea what sort of power/revs std rods can take? Thanks alot

CorradoVR6-n.o.s 0
all the motors are the same besides bore size and other minor items, how do you plan to run this turbo motors managment? standalone or remaped?I would choose obd2 over obd1 if you are going to run say C2 software and they do run better with OBD2.The stock engine can handle 400+ on stock internals.
