Air Lock In water system

Hi Guys

Developed a strange noise a while ago which turns out to be air lock in the water circuit.

I know the system bleeds to the header tank, but for some reason mines trapping air, evident in the intermittent noise coming from the aux water pump.

I'm running Samco's and was wondering if anyone else suffered this prob?

Any ideas on how to cure it?

Is it like a gurgling noise coming from the heater matrix area?

You can hear the difference in the Aux pump when it's pushing water or spinning in air as you say.

Check for leaks. Even the tiniest of leaks will allow an air pocket to build up somewhere.

have you tried leaving the coolant cap off over night to let gravity do is stuff?
