jaysVR6 2
Well, it was bloody rapid! He took me up the bypass and I cacked my pants 135-140 ish and he didn't even have the nitro on!

jaysVR6 2
Ok, the bloody thing is mental! The torque is unbelievable, 3rd and 100 comes up in a blink of an eye then before you know it 150 was on the clock but he said that he thinks the speedo is out by 10mph but it was still accelerating then he backed off. It still had about 1500 rpm to go I think but I was just focusing on the road and holding on!He had the Nitrous switched off, I cant emagine what the hell it would be like with that running through its veins. It's a bit rough and jibby in the traffic in 1st but he said its because of the mapping. So Revo are working on a programme for it.Then there is the sound, FCUK me it sounds like a monster, its got a custom straight through stainless and it pops and bangs like a pipe bomb.Handling wise, spot on, well sorted and nice and smooth.Nice mint motor John, I'm just wondering if a superchagred VR will stay with it. Guess you'll all find out on the RR day cos he said hes going.
VR6Steve 0
You lucky chap. The car does sound like a lot of fun.Amazing what can be achieved when you loose loads of weight and go down to 2 wheel drive!

MK2R32 0
I think Jays just about summed up the bad boy to a tee. It's one hell of a drive, But quite tame untill you press the loud pedal. I'm glad I never went for the TT 20VT now, the looks this thing get when it pulls away is just amazing.
jaysVR6 2
It is mad mate, you just cant believe what that things got under the bonnet until you here it. Then you look under the damn thing and there it is, one fat motor!

antera309 3
I read the Magazine feature on that car. Awesome. He should whack a turbo on it, or throttle bodies perhaps..... !amazed [ Edited Sun Oct 10 2004, 09:04PM ]
MK2R32 0
I'm sure the car would still be quite drivable with 375-400bhp, which is what a charger or Turbo would probably give me with the NOS, been looking at a few American website for some info. Mmmm will just have to see..My insurance company is gonna love me..
