Devildub_06 0
I've never known engine bay heat to affect a metal conductor's ability?? It may be due to the heat that the insulation gets damaged easier, that would cause you a problem, but not if they were properly secured/good condition leads.
rigs 0
The heat will make a small difference... but they got pretty warm on top anyway.Difference = yes.Significant enough to worry about = no
xyber 1
if your worried get some of that cable insulator and wrap them
craggsy 91
mine have been under my mani now for about 2.5 yrs and no problems
VR6Pete 1,455
No problems here, I cant see it making a blind bit of difference, if it was going to cause problems, do you really think that scrick would have designed the schrick VGI so that the leads run under the manifold? I think not.
Phat VR6 3
What makes you think its zappin power? Are you having problems or somthink..As far as i know injectors have to be removed to be serviced. They clean them up and test the spray patters and impedance of the solidords ect You can get some stuff you put in your tank thats ment to clean and flush them out but it wont be as good as a proper service
