frannybigballs 0
its gone, but its not that bad if you know what i mean. no clouds, just frothy water, well whats left of it anyway. how difficult to replace? any ideas? if not, has anyone ever had a price for replacing it?the oil is mixing with the water, the oil is fine just a little less of it in the sump, had a new thermostat last year, and not over heated, thank the fella upstairs. cheers

tonk 0
im having to replace my engine due to nackerd oil pump causing bearings to fail, the price to repair is about 500 but i dont think i would trust it to last so i went looking for a new engine, got one with fvwsh 89k miles looks and sounds better then my old one with 107k miles and its costing me 400 fitted. so id say have a look around and price it up. frannybigballs 0
sounds like a bargain. i've not thought about that option. mines done 130k, and was sweet as a nut until it developed a flat spot. knew it was head gasket as soon as i checked the water, had 1 of 2 cossies go, and a rover 3 times. lucky old me!! ha ha
frannybigballs 0
all sorted, no more tears! wasn't the gasket, flat spot was due to a break in a wipe, and the throttle body needed a wipe inside. 1 diagnostics later and its spot on. just need to flush and change coolant and see how it goes*relief* lol!
