a little update

being as the weather was ok for a change i took the chance to give the VR a good clean (just an excuse to take pics )

needed to update it anyway with the addition of the leather, crystal fogs, back lights and the tt comps on properly

what do you all think?

I think im looking in a mirror! Looking good mate, not keen on the window tints though, i think the rears are too dark and makes it look like a van a bit! Everything else is spot on!

its only cuz the pics were taken in the shade that they look that dark normally they dont look that dark.

got some more things i want to do when ive got abit more money so wont stay the same for too long

i have the same a part from the exhaust

well i had the twin 80 mm jetex but did'nt like it

so i sold it and stuck my original one back on

u said u put leather in your car did it not come with leather as its a higline or am i missing something

patpong_pete its not a highline i just got the pillars and the centre consol cuz i liked them.

well im going to spring fest if your going can meet up there, but ye send me some pics if you want mate and i will post them for you.

i would say keep it to be honest mate as VR's arnt going for much at the mo i would say you would only get bout £2000 if your lucky the price has dropped loads on VR's at the mo.

Looks really nice that mate, wish i could get mine taht clean! stil havnt seen the leather in the flesh. just need some silver bulbs for tehm front indicators

i think maybe mk4 GTITDI 150 BHP

dont all slag me off its still a golf !

the bits i spent come to 1500 pounds

r u telling me my golf is worth 500 pounds lol

your correct vr6 highline the ones that say it on the v5 log book r making 2000 pounds and up

so might keep her untill edition 38

the only show i can make this year is edition 38

but last year i made it to north weald volksfest

that was good any way i send u a pic and we need more black vr6s as the mulberry ones with that crap beetroot leather are so common lol

ye least its still a golf, how come your thinking of getting that then bored of the VR?

im not sayimg its only worht that was only going on what ive seen other VR's go for lately, i think you should just keep it anyway

ye i know what you mean there a nice colour but like you say the interior is horrible my mate replaced his with black leather and it looks loads better now.

its the petrol not the insurance but would like to keep the vr and buy the GT TDI best of both worlds

might even get me 200 gilera runner to go back and forth ?

dont go to to many shows as i like me traveling abroad to much but

always make the edition 38 as its over 3 days and people come from as far as europe

and its golfs boras lupos etc........

so how many shows have u been or going this year

u should go as yours is look nice so show the car off a little
