jezmoz 0
hmm i've just done the opposite...you'll need obd1 loom, ecu, as well as engine , obd1 throttle body, manifold and MAF. I'd try and find a replacement obd2 engine mate that's if it is obd2?
shawn25 0
Carnt i change the throttle body and coil pack or are there alot of different wires to it ???
binliner 0
Is it a 2.8 or 2.9 OBD1 engine and dizzy or coilpack?
jezmoz 0
Carnt i change the throttle body and coil pack or are there alot of different wires to it ??? You can just use the bottom part of the obd1 2.8 engine and put your obd2 manifold, rocker cover (obd1 is different), throttle body and coil pack on it. I thought you were converting from obd2 to obd1 for some reason haha

VR6Pete 1,455
you would probably want to think about doing the chains while the head and gearbox are off in that case.
shawn25 0
Ok cheers for that and yes chains would be a good idea to change
