Big_Bob 0
I work away for big lumps of time in a row, generally between 2 weeks and 2 months. In that time the VR6 is sat in a car park at work not doing anything. Is there anything I should be doing to make sure she'll be ok when the teary reunion happens? I had a Vectra last year and it was sat for 5 months and of course didn't start, so should i disconnect the battery? I'm also a little worried about the effect this will have on the alarm. Thoughts please.
descb600f 0
You could get yourself a solar battery charger which will just keep the battery topped up there not too expensive and can be V usefull

matth76 1
My car's battery ran flat after only 3 weeks of doing nothing... but I think that battery was on its way out as that was a short amount of time for a battery to run flat so soon.
