Would i have to stick it on the VAG comp to reset anything..etc? And, which 6Branch manifold do you guys recommend? My VR at the moment has a standard exhaust system apart from the backbox which is aPowerflo, + an induction kit on it.. The exhaust is well quiet, all you hear is the Induction KiT!!!-MJ :-p Link to post Share on other sites
Earwig 89 Posted April 12, 2007 Report Share Posted April 12, 2007 I don't think you would need to reset anything after fitting a Decat, but you would need a friendly M.O.T tester as it will fail the M.O. without a Cat ;-)As for the 6 Branch, Raceland seem to be the most popular and can be had for around £160.You would get the best out of them if you got it Remapped afterwards, but for the gains you will get in power the £300 price for mapping may seem expensive unless you are charging etc.....Mark.
