peanut 0 Posted April 12, 2007 Report Share Posted April 12, 2007 Aloha, Im in the process of retro fitting leccy windows and mirros in my mk3 estate . Whereabouts and what number is the window/ mirror relay? it doesnt say on the back of my fusebox cover. Has anyone else ever retro fitted leccy windows and mirros into their mk3? (prob not being a vr forum) Im hoping i can just plug and play the window looms into the A+B pillar sockets without having to add a loom from the fusebox to these sockets. antera309 3 Posted May 8, 2007 Report Share Posted May 8, 2007 I retro-fitted electric mirrors onto a car that already had electric windows. There were no additional relays required for the mirrors, it was just a case of 2 door looms and one loom behind the dash.Having said that, I never figured out where the white plug on the dash loom (for the mirror heating function) went.
