Norrisvr6 0
I have had my vr6 for just over a month and everything is going great bar one thing.....When i start it in the mornings after sitting at night the time clock resets itself to 00.00 i dont know what this could be.. It doesn't always happen in the morning normally when the car has been sitting for a while and you go to start it. When starting as well it hesitates i know all vr6s dont start once you turn the key there is slight hesitation before engine starts. Any idea's what this could be?

Earwig 89
Sounds like low battery to me.Or a short somewhere which is draining the battery. My VR never hesitates on start up. Turnnthe key and it starts straight away :-)Mark.
VeeR6 0
I've got the same problem, clock resets and engine turns over for around 3 seconds before firing up. Is there any way to test for electrical shorts?
