Guest mad-golfvr6 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 Hi, Having a few probs with my VR6 - it was left for about 4 months with out turning a wheel..... Battery went completely dead so lost the alarm remote coding etc..... Now when the ignition is turned on (New battery fitted) there's no buzz from the fuel pump, engine turns over ok but don't fire and there's no smell of fuel!! (There is fuel in the tank!!)Anyone out there know which relay is for the fuel pump and which pin should be the live feed?? or if imoberliser problems are common in this situation...?? cabrioman 6 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 does sound like imoblizer mate i had to chop mine out when i done the engine swap if u can find the right relay take the cover off adn manualy operate it adn see if the pump works then if not good let me know and ill digg out some wiring diargams for u but will need ur chassis number ..... starts wvw zzz -- - - ----- Link to post Share on other sites
