m4t_lee 0
I tried taking the panel out the other day, there is a white plug which i disconnected but there seems to be lots of cables attatched which prevent me from taking the panel out. I only want to replace the illumination blulbs, any ideas?Cheers,Mat
Bigjobbo 0
The cables are for your vents, but i havn't removed one myself, but the cars i have done you can remove and refit the cables, although i do recall a sale on ebay, for a heater box, and it came with the panel still attached! If thats the case you'll have to whip the dash out.Hope that helps

m4t_lee 0
VR Moto, i have air con too, does it say not to remove the heater dials and if so why not?Cheers,Mat
blackmagic 0
Pop the front fascia panel off first to reveal four securing screws. Undo these then push the heater panel gently into the dashboard, you should now have just enough room to unclip the white shroud that sits round the bulb. The shroud and bulb can now be detached from the wiring plug. Refitting is the reverse. No need to remove the unit from the dash at all...Only one bulb is used to light the three dials its fitted as above, there is a film fitted behind the dials which the light uses to transmit its glow too the outer two dials. Hope this helps ya both out.Graham
blackmagic 0
Forgot to mention my vr has aircon so no problems with doing the above. You are not disconnecting the panel just moving it to get access.
