How much have i lowered it??

Recommended Posts

I have got to the dreded time of year when i have to get my insurance re-newed.

I have fitted FK Highsports and have the rings positioned 35mm from the bottom, how much has this lowered the car??

I think i remember that you can lower the car 110 mm on them but unsure, is it as symple as: 110 - 35 = 75 mm drop??

My insurance company won't insure me if I lower my car!

Luckily it runs out in 7 days so I won't be uninsured for long' date=' they think i've jacked it back up to standard height, the muppets, lol[/quote']

Ok mate, i'll let you know. Getting abit of a knock when braking and pulling away so just gotta check the top nuts at the front are done up properly, shouldn't take long, so i'll give you a bell when done and see what you're up to, cheers :-)

lol' date=' sorry mate. I'd say you will be in the last area, if you are 35mm from the bottom and the coillies only drop by 80mm its still a 55mm drop, and i'm sure they drop by more than 80![/quote']

Small calculation error there, 80-35 is 45 ain't it, doh!

Justin, good point mate, i'll be there cos I get paid 2day, couldn't come soon enough either!
