Ok so so this, disconnect the better and remove you ECU by unplugging it, wait 5 min and plug the ECU back in and then plug in the battery again and try it again! If you still have the issue prob your ECu fries while u were changing your grounds it happen a lot more times than you think! But don’t panic bring ur ECU back to C2 distro and have them reflash the ECU again! I’d the ecu fried they would tell you!
