Hi, At the beginning of the week I collected my VR6 engine. It's a 2.9 from a Corrado. We're all the engines the same in the Corrados or was there an OBD1 and 2 like the 2.8's? What differs the 1 from 2? Also where is the engine code displayed as struggling to order parts as don't know the reg of the original car it was removed from. Thanks in advance

Hi, I know this has been done before quite a lot but I've always wanted to do a VR6 into Mk3 Golf Cabriolet. Do I need to use a VR6 subframe or will it mount on the subframe from the 1.6 / 1.8? And if a VR6 subframe does need to be used do I then have to use a VR6 rear axle to keep it all wide track? Thanks in advance for any help.
