Hi, yes both pipes are hot, could it be the dashboard wasn't put back correctly when the heater matrix was replaced?? Cheers for your help??

Hi all, I was wondering if any one could help I have a 93 vr6 and the heaters only blow Luke warm air? the heater matrix went so I changed that and had a new thermostat. I have a really good flow round the system but the temperature gage doesn't go above 70??? Cheers Jon
