    Interesting, it's very similar to mine (old k&n n' all) except the 24v. So I guess it's OBD2, or it will be when the 24v ecu arrives. Does it drive any different than the 12v (more torque? and if so where in the rev range?)

    How much torque did you roll? I'm hoping to breach the 200 mark. 229 eh, I'd be interested to know what else you've done to yours.

    You'll have to add on at least another half hour to that journey time to stealth, Bealieboy only drives at 55mph MAX.

    LOL. Hey CABBS I've also got spare black leather door cards front and back lying around for a 5 door too. Just got back from your neck of the woods today too CABBS, (have fun in the inbound snow) OL6 The TB came with the rado inlet manifold, when I put it on first time round poor V6 was getting starved of fuel, so the throttle was like a digital switch (1 or 0) Hopefully that will be remedied for March. I'm looking to roll more horses than you Bealieboy this time round, last time out I was like I was told by Stealth that this TB is like Rocking Horse Sh1t, should be pretty easy to find anothe

    Songs of praise!! NOT to be missed. I'm sure she'll be showing up, the new technique for co-piloting is to sit with eyes firmly closed only concentrating on the loud music and pretend that we're flying. Makes for a poor map reader. Our collective twaddle indeed..

    All of the above I think that on the initial 2000rpm - 4000rpm yours had a proper V burble, much more than mine. That BMC sounded awesome on induction (now No.1 on my list). Exhaust-wise I have kept 2 boxes (back and middle) as I do a lot of touring in mine. When you open the throttle it's a different story though. It's a Long Life 2.5" system.

    Ha, co driver was sh1tting herself as usual, although afraid I think there's a speed addiction developing there. Good to see Bennyk and yourself Bealieboy. Thanks Bennyk for helping sort my flapping golf out. Had to leave the boot unlocked over night, but uncle Clifford was still working so not all bad, and crucially windows stayed UP!!.

    Hey Bealieboy, awesome morning, perfect meeting point the sarnies really helped me survive the day yeah the VR's in now getting a new central locking module, and a stern telling off for embarrassing me in front of those Astra owners lol. Ok so my old OBD 1 ran a stellar 187.9 hp and 187lb ft of torque I will certainly be changing some hardware (BMC CDA, HT Leads) plus others to help me beat the marker young Bealieboy has laid down.
