    A VR6 definitely qualifies for a classic policy< thats how i insured mine

    Insure it as a classic with a classic policy, it should cost you about £180 a year fully comp. Try Footman James

    I phoned Volksmagic this morning for a headlight, they wanted £35 and wasn't very helpful. In the end I got one for £15 from a local scrappy that had a mk3 GTI sitting in there yard. From memory the wings looked ok. Going back tomoz to collect the other light, so I will have a look

    I got it from a breaker near dudley, I found another mk3 golf today with a good tailgate in Birmingham, when I was taking its headlight for £15

    I got a complete tail gate for my VR6 yesterday. Its the same colour as mine, so no need for a respray. It cost me £40

    My car has some nasty 17" TSW alloys that where fitted by my mate after he brought the car from me. I wanna put some OEM 15" alloys back on it, what tyre size should they have??
