Hi everyone, Collecting my first vr6 this week and having real problems with insurance! Im 27 with 7 years NCB, no points and no accidents. VR6 will only be used in summer for shows so cant see me doing any more than 1000 miles a year! Car will be garaged and has thatcham cat1 alarm immob. Getting quotes from £650 upwards but seems very high for second car policy. I was able to insure my e46 bmw 325ci msport for just under £500 and was using it everyday! Is the best thing to do take out the policy in may and cancel it 3 months later when summer is past! Any advice much appreciated! Adam
