Hi, I have a Mk2 VR6 With A clicking noise which comes from the left side of the engine as you look at it Which to me sounds like a bearing Fault, Iv had a few people look at it but they seem to be guessing as to what the problem could be - Water pump, piston slap, tappets. and they all seem a bit cautious of doing the work! Can anyone recommend a good mechanic that are not scared of vr6s?? I live in Barnsley south yorkshire, so would prefer not to go much further than leeds or Sheffield if possible Thanks
