yeah i was thinking of the 3.2 lump but the 4wd puts me off. does a vr6 box fit the 3.2?

Hey, i'm new to this forum but need some help so thought i'd pick your brains. has anyone done this conversion before or know whats needed or if its at all possable? i was planning on buying a mk3 donor car and going from there. any help would be great. thanks.
