You could try cleaning the maf as a cheap / quick solution. could be plugs, leads or coil pack / distributor

Cracking racing series. The racing is close as the cars have pretty much equal power to weight ratios with cars having more weight added to them the more power they have and with the 4x4 cars (R32's) being penalised with extra weight. Well worth a watch, probablly best to stick it on Sky+ as it's on a little early for the weekend.

Dont be fooled my VR6 is thirstier than my old 350bhp Focus ST! Tanks are around the same size and a full tank gets me around 215 miles before filling compared to 235 in the ST

I'm just about to start some minor restoration on my VR and all 4 wheels need to be refurbed. I'm planning to self refurb them and probably do them in an Antracite cololur. Anyone else refurbed there own wheels and can give me some tips, or is short of rub down / strip them, prime, paint and lacquor.
