    Hi guys,

    I am going to give this a go in the next few weeks, along with fitting some Dubpower leads.

    I think this will help with the running and economy etc...

    Is plugs and HT leads an easy enough job? Is there anything I should know before doing it?

    I know I need the plug removal tool from GSF, and to do the plugs and leads one by one etc...

    How do you take off the plastic VR6 engine cover as well?

  10. UNEVEN STEERING FEEL

    Hi guys,

    My VR seems to be easier to steer left than right does that make sense? It's always been like that since I got it a few months ago, I have since had new tyres on the front and tracking done but I have tried ignoring it but it's definitely there, something ain't right.

    There's no bad noises, no wobbling etc so I suspect the steering rack now.

    When the steering is wound on to the right it kicks back quite hard when released, not so much at all when it's wound on to the left, hardly any resistance at all. I think the steering wheel points to the left ever so slightly when you let go as well...

    Any ideas of what the problem could be and a possible solution?

    Yeah there's no way you could say that somebody like a footballer deserves or is justified in earning the ridiculous salaries they earn.

    The fact that they get them is a different matter as that can't be helped as its down to the market they operate in.

    But yes I agree, there are surgeons, doctors and nurses out there saving lives and genuinely improving peoples quality of life in the areas that matter most (your personal health) they certainly don't get paid enough, not even in the same league as footballers.

    Their lifestyle shows a tremendous lack of humility and arrogance as well, with millions being spent on cars houses etc, but then again if you are earning £50k plus a week what do you expect!

    Funniest thing happened in my garden.. The cat reminded me.... Tiddles form next door (who usually leaves us his gifts...) finally came out and was on the fence. Took some time thinking about dropping down in to the snow from the fence... you can imagine... perched on back legs leant down the fence then back up swaying around etc...

    Anyway the time seemed to have come.. Little darling looked at me the with one of those looks a cat gives you when he is telling what he thinks of you.. Plop off he goes...

    Much to my amusement the snow was deeper than tiddles thought and he disapears head first past his tail.. only the last couple of inches poking out... a screech and a flurry of movement follwed by a cat now wet and looking about half the size and is if he had been assaulted by some bigger cats.. Flies back up the fence and disapears over the other side...

    I wet my self... everytime i think about it I wet my self... It is a long time since I have seen anything that funny... LMFAO & PMSL ... I tell thee

    Thats mint! I love it when cats get humiliated, they're so smug normally!

    I just read this thread mate, looks like a really good product/idea! Did anybody implement this to good effect? The only thing I would be wary of is the whole re-terminating of the HT Leads thing, I could see myself ruining a perfectly good set of HT leads there!

    like somebody said, it would cheaper in the long run and it makes the VR run a lot better and more efficiently which can only be a good thing!
