    Hello, I've had my car sorn'd for over a year but over the winter the windscreen has cracked. I plan on getting it back on the road in the spring but I don't want to have to tackle replacing the windscreen myself. Is there anything stopping me insuring the car and then simply claiming for a new windscreen through that policy??

    I'm wanting to upgrade my speaker system but don't really want to stick a big sub / amp combo in the boot as I need the space. Would simply upgrading the existing speakers be just as good in terms of volume and quality? If so can anyone recommend a good set? Ta

    This may be a daft question, but I can't see how to change the front fog bulbs. I had a go yesterday. Is it a case of taking off the front plastic panel? I managed to get the middle panel off but couldn't see how to get the fog out? Is it just a case of getting a screw driver and forcing it out? thought i'd check here before ripping my bumpber to pieces. cheers

    How do! I'm thinkin about removing the 3 rear badges ('Vw' 'Golf' and 'VR6' badges) and spraying them black -because my car is black. Does any1 have any tips on how to get them off without damaging them or the paint work. Also whats best for sticking them back on again with after? Cheers

    Hi guys, I have a little quandary with my stereo. It works fine when I insert the key into the ignition, and when I turn to position one, but as soon as boot up the engine the thing turns itself off. This has only started happening recently - thought it must be a fuse, but fuse number 22 is fine - altho my cig lighter doesnt work which is also fuse 22 but that never worked. Any clues??
