  1. Hi. I was thinking of this stuff myself after I saw the state of my piston crown while checking for TDC - it looked like the surface of the moon or something! I did a bit of research and found that BG44K contains 30-50% PEA (that's PolyEthyl Amide, not a small green vegetable... ). I couldn't find anything else in the UK, so was about to go to KwikFit and pay 25 quid when I found the data sheet for Comma DTox somewhere online. It contains - guess what - 30-50% PEA.   2. Had this same problem myself. Turned out to be the clutch slave had a leak in the diaphragm around the pushrod. Swapped it for a spare I had lying around and it's sorted.
  3. Hi to the forum, I've spent hours searching and reading and getting thoroughly confused, so at the risk of being told to use the f'in SEARCH function, I'll post anew... My car's a '95 OBD1 VR6. I wasn't too keen on the low down lack of torque so found a Schrick on the 'Bay and put on a BMC CAI. I'm much happier now, but of course we're never content so I've got some Schrick 268s and a Peloquin waiting in the garage for some free time to put on...! Anyway, I realise that a good remap would probably release even more power from these mods, and perhaps make it smoother and safer for the engine. W
