    hi, iv got a vr6 corrado. it was supercharged and i took it off and sold it. so i put the standard chip back into ecu and now it just cranks over and wont start. please help !

    its a L reg corrado vr6. when i jumped the car it was on 11.99 volts and the it just counts down slowly to 2 volts. but just makes 1 click when tried to start without jump start. so confusing.

    iv tried a new alternator but its still doing the same. is there some kind of ignition relay etc that could be faulty ? the car worked perfectly till i put my hand down behind the rad. could i have knocked something that could cause it ? iv checked all conectors and plugs and all seem fine ? when i jump start the car it drives fine and idles as normal, but soon as i turn it off it goes back to the fault.

    iv had a look and all the dash lights are off but the abs light flickers. a local mechanic says it could be ignition switch ? if the alternator is shot would that cause the car not to start ? cheers

    hi, when i go to start car it just clicks once. when tested battery its on 12v but when u turn on/ try to start it goes to 0v. when i jump start off another vehicle it starts but when running battery counting down from 12v down to 2v. when switch car off battery goes back to 12v. Any help would be much appreciated.

    hi all, i just swapped my engine from my golf vr6 to my corrado vr6. iv kept all the corrado loom etc and just swapped engine and ecu. went to start and its cranking over but not firing. iv checked the fuel and nothing i cant even hear the fuel pump. i also checked and no spark. the car has a clifford concept 300 alarm and the battery has been disconnected for about 3 days so just wondered if the immobaliser has stuck on and i have to reset it or could it be engine problem ?. Any help would be great ! cheers

    hi, iv recently done a vr6 obd2 conversion into a 90 spec mk2, when i went to start the engine it turns over but wont fire. iv checked the fuel pressure and thats o.k. The fuel pump primes and i have a spark but weak. does any one have any ideas what the problem might be ? Any help would be great

    this happened to me. what it ended to be was that one of the wires in the maf sensor had snapped. checked the sensor plug is on correctly or check the wires. hope this helps
