I had a few heated seat problems. Nomally it's the seat element at fault. This usually gives a open cicuit when checked through the element itself. They poss have a temp sensor or resistor in the element too, to stop the element getting too hot. And i'm not certain but i think this then stops any voltage supply to the relays. This means when checking there is no or hardly any voltage, but this is due to the open circuit of the element. It makes sense as well that the drivers seat normally goes, cause it is used more. My problem is that my passenger seat works, but hardly gets hot, just slightl
