Hi guys, Thought id come on here and introduce myself. Im about to go and look at a MK2 golf with a Corrado 2.9 VR6 engine and stage 2 VF charger (see link) http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/563070.htm Now i currently own an Escort RS Turbo so im not mechanically dyslexic so feel free to get technical. What i need to know is.... How reliable are these engines?? As you can probably appreciate I need something pretty reliable when my other car is an RS Turbo! Do the standard gearboxes cope with the power ok? Also if anyone has any information on the said car I would love to hear it! Look forward
