    thanx 4 reply mate,i havnt got much know how but have a friend who does.the sound is coming from the drivers side near rhe belt but it isnt that,think it could be a valve buggered,what do u think?

    hope someone can help,there is a loud ticking/rattling noise coming from the engine when started and continues when running,has anyone got any ideas please,had head off but cant see anything wrong,please get back to me asap.thank you.....

    HELLO PEOPLE,WONDERED IF ANYONE CAN HELP,WANT TO LOWER MY VR6 30 MM WITH JUST SPRINGS,A FRIEND OF MINE SAID I SHOULD GET THE BEST THERE IS FOR ABOUT 160 QUID BUT TO BE HONEST I CANT REALLY AFFORD THAT IN THE BUDGET,WONDERED IF THERE ARE CHEAPER SPRINGS OUT THERE THAT WOULD WOULD DO THE SAME JOB STILL LEAVING THE CAR WITH A COMFORTABLE RIDE.THANX
