its more down to final drive stick a 3.6fd in your gearbox and its a comepletey different car or even better do that then throw all of it in a mk2

i stood there thinking "did i do that bolt up tight enough" lol

i stood and watched mine being done, though theres only so much watching someone else revving the nuts out of my car i can take lol

i'd put a 3.6 final drive and lsd in before you do the head that made more difference than any of the engine bits i did

yer i don't think the throttle body or head makes much difference though vince did say it seemed very torquey for a 2.8 it makes more torque at tick over than my abf made peak lol wether thats todo with the head i don't know?

oh yer forgot about my grant motorsport ported head, amd throttle body, 2.9 inlet lol i am going obd2 now though as they seem to make 10hp more than mine with less mods + plus i am turboing it:)

yours is pretty much the same spec as mine obd1 etc but mine had 206hp 205lb ft must be a obd1 thing lol
