Hi all. I recently fitted a PCV breather which i bought from Fords for £25. When i fitted it i noticed the flexible breather pipe which connects it to the main air intake pipe is also broken. I was wondering if any of you know where i can get this piece of pipe cheaply. Will Fords stock it? I've currently bodged it with a piece of non flexible coolant pipe and the lack of flexibility is putting a strain on the PCV breather i fitted. Is it gonna cause a problem if i run the car for a few days without the PCV connected to anything? Pic of the pipe i need bellow. [link]http://i229.photobucket.c

Thanks for the replies guys, very helpful. I replaced the PCV breather, got the part from Fords as advised by SiGainey for £25...happy with that By the way, that part number was correct mate, cheers! Fitting it was easy, trickiest part being getting the VW hose clips off, they must be crimped on or something. Had one problem though, the flexible pipe that connects the PCV to the main air intake pipe was also split i discovered, so i've bodged the connection with a length of coolant pipe. Hi all. My ABS light lit up this morning and stayed on all the way to work. On the way home it was fine. I've been scratching my head about this and have remembered that the light came on just as/after i span my wheels pulling out of a junction (the road was greasy). I was wondering if any of you would know why a wheelspin would cause the ABS light to come on? Could it have anything to do with the Electronic Differential Lock low speed traction control? Has anyone else noticed the ABS light coming on after wheel spinning? Cheers
